Display SiteMap Maps

Results from Schrodinger's SiteMap product can be displayed in PyMOL. From Maestro, go to the "Manage Surface" panel, and export your SiteMap results using "Export to Map". Choose CCP4 as the file format. You can then use the Display CCP4 Maps article to visualize the maps.
