The structures are available in PDB and mmCIF format, that can be read by PyMOL. In order to exploit these resources, some plugins have been developed.

This plugin has been developed for PyMol v0.97. It works also with never version of PyMOL. This piece of software has been tested successfully on Linux, Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows. This plugin permits you to:

  • search for any text into the PDB Index File ("Human Hemoglobin", i.e.)
  • retrieve the results into a spreadsheet. By double clicking on the row, the structure of the entry is downloaded.
