Overview

The Ellipsoids representation draws the anisotropic (ANISOU fields in the PDB record) thermal ellipsoids from high resolution structures. It is the newest addition to the PyMOL Category:Representations.

  • Showing ellipsoids

  • Showing ellipsoids and main chain as sticks.

Syntax

show ellipsoids, SEL
