Transparency_mode controls how PyMOL handles transparent objects

Unilayer transparency
Multilayer transparency. Notice that PyMOL adds other transparent objects beneath each other
Settings
- 1: Multi-layer transparency
- 2: Single-layer transparency (default)
- 3: Multi-layer weighted blended order independent transparency for real-time rendering
