Problems with Windows version
I'm having problems with the Windows version, using PyMol 1.2r1/MGLTools 1.5.4 on Windows XP. I can't generate receptors or generate flexible residues. Jgoldstone 16:00, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

- PyMOL > Plugin > Install Plugin
- MGLTools/AutoDockTools
- AutoDock4.2
- AutoDock Vina
