[[Pmlbeta]] is primarily a plugin for creating and manipulating molecular models of &beta;-peptides, but works for &alpha;-peptides as well. In other words, the [[Fab]] command on steroids. Its central piece is the betafab2 command, but a graphical user interface is also supplied.<br />
