If I try to move the pymol window to the 2nd monitor the MAC restard direct. The support (Schroedinger Germany)says that I must update to pymol 1.2. OK I´ve done. Now, moving the pymol window to the 2nd monitor works, but the 3D visualisation doesn´t works.
