Did you know... Sst Included in psico This command or function is available from psico, which is a PyMOL extension. Module psico.editing sst is a wrapper for the SST secondary structural assignment web service. The command updates PyMOL's ss atom property. SST does minimum message length inference of secondary structure based on C-alpha atom positions. Usage sst [ selection [, raw [, state ]]] Arguments selection = str: atom selection {default: all} raw = str: atom property to assign the sst secondary structure type to.
